Lastly, they have to act as the change leaders by playing a vital and worthwhile role in the organisation change process so that its resources are efficiently utilised and the business capacity is fully employed to enhance its performance in the industry. The change required in the organisation is compulsory and avoiding resistance from the employees is also important and to address both these issues successfully the HR plays a vital role.
